​Shipping

 

We ship by United States Postal Service (USPS). At this time, we only ship to USA and its territories.

 

  • Shipping Method: USPS Priority

  • Delivery Time: 2-3 Business Days

  • Shipping Charges: Free Shipping on all orders $50 and above. $5 shipping fee for orders below $50.

 

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@aracepr.com and we will make every attempt to update your order.

 

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order was shipped. Once you have received this email, please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update with USPS. Your package can be tracked via USPS.com using their 26 digit tracking number.

Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holidays.

 

Can children wear Ara Cé merchandise?

Ara Cé merchandise is not intended for children under the age of twelve.

Are there color varations for beads and natural stones/gemstones?

The product photos shown on this site are for representative purposes only. Each item is handmade, unique and exclusive. Customer should be aware that since each stone is unique the actual stone delivered may vary slightly from the sample or picture(s) shown.

Return Policy

Ara Cé wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied please contact us withing 3 business days of delivery and return the item(s) to us within 5 business days of the delivery date. Please contact us before returning any item. The returned item must be unworn with original tag attached or appropriate UPC packaging. Orders can be exchanged by other merchandise or store credit. Credit will be valid for one year after the original purchase.

Return Rules

All store credits will be for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, taxes, discounts, except in the case of an incorrect shipment.

If returning an order that included a free gift, be sure to include this item with your return or your credit will be adjusted to reflect the retail price of the gift.
 

Rings made to order are FINAL sale and are not refundable or exchangeable. Also, earrings and intimate items are not refundable or exchangeable due to health/hygiene reasons. All items purchased during our Clearance sales, are final sale and not eligible for return.
